The IQAS High School Department offers a carefully curated curriculum for Grades 9 to 12, aligned with the Common Core State Standards. This integrated and cohesive curriculum provides an academically challenging framework and essential life skills suited for adolescence. Key Features of the Curriculum:

  • Credit Courses Structure:

    • 1-Credit Courses: 3-4 sessions per week (each session lasting 45-50 minutes).
    • 0.5-Credit Courses: 2 sessions per week (each session lasting 45-50 minutes).
  • Electives and Advanced Placement:

    • Elective courses are available for Grades 11 and 12.
    • Advanced Placement (AP) courses are planned for introduction in the 2025-2026 academic year.
  • High School Diploma Requirements:

    • Students must earn 30 credits over four years to qualify for the IQAS High School Diploma.
